Bring the product back to our store within 48 hours of receiving it. Please keep it unused, with original packaging and tags where possible, and bring your order number.

Exchange & return in store
You have 48 hours to return an eligible item in store. Prefer a different product? Swap it for something in the same range as what you ordered, or another item you liked, while stock lasts.
Choose a related product
Instead of a refund, you can take another product related to what you selected before — a similar item, size, or colour — or pick something else you liked in store, subject to stock.
What to bring
Your order number (email or SMS), a valid ID, and the item in the condition it arrived. Our team will confirm eligibility at the counter.

Message us with your order number within 48 hours and we will explain the next step for your return or exchange.
